What do I need to place an order from TheHollyWeed?
To order products through TheHollyWeed, you will need the following:
- For cartridges and vape pens orders and delivery, a valid ID showing that you are over 18 years of age.

A form of payment, we accept multiple crypto currency such as Bitcoin and USDT.
Does TheHollyWeed deliver outside of USA?
No, we can only deliver to USA addresses.
Which cities does TheHollyWeed serve in USA?
TheHollyWeed delivers to all cities and locations in USA; except federal lands / facilities and institutions of higher education.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
No. TheHollyWeed is exclusively an online technology platform providing consumers with safe and secure access to Top shelf weed products.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days, if you place an order before 5pm. Delivery to some remote locations and small towns in the USA can take up to 6 business days. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are processed on the following business day. You can check the status of your order on our website under My Profile.
Will my shipment say that there is cannabis product inside the package?
No, your privacy is protected. There is nothing to indicate that our packages contains any cannabis products inside. Our packaging is very discreet and professional. The driver or courier will have no idea what is in your package.
Can I use a PO box as my delivery address?
No, PO boxes are under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government; marijuana is illegal in all Federal locations, including:

Can I return my order?
No, under the new marijuana laws, we cannot receive any cannabis products back from customers, however, members can contact Customer Care Representative and negotiate a solution to your issue.

Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?
